- After connecting to the network, a message appears in the right corner stating "Network Disconnected."
What can you do?
- Ensure that your desired network is stable/strong. Connect an alternate electronic device (or cell phone) to the network and assess its reliability.
- Go to Settings > Network. Click on the Restart Wi-Fi button and try again.
- Press once on the power button and click on Restart.
- Try relocating the device closer to the router.

Phase 2: (If the above did not work)
Devices with LAN ports:
1. Get an Ethernet cable that has RJ45 connectors on both ends. (It is not provided with the device).
2. Take one end of the Ethernet cable and insert it into the LAN port on your device. You will hear a 'click' sound once it is securely connected.
3. Insert the other end of the Ethernet cable into an available LAN port on your router or switch. Again, you will hear a 'click' sound once it is securely connected.
