Why is this happening?
- The WiFi is disconnected or unstable.
What can you do?
- Ensure that the device is connected to WIFI (you should see the
icon in the top right corner.
-If you are not connected to the Internet, go to Settings > Network and connect to the desired network.
-If you can't connect to the network, double-check that you have entered the correct password. You can use theicon to show the password.
-If the connection is still not established, try connecting another device (such as a cell phone) to the network and test the password reliability. - Ensure that your desired network is stable/strong. Connect an alternate electronic device (or cell phone) to the network and assess its reliability.
- Go to Settings > Network. Click on the Restart Wi-Fi button and try again.
- Press once on the power button and click on Restart.
- Try relocating the device closer to the router.
Phase 2: (If the above did not work)
Devices with LAN ports:
1. Get an Ethernet cable that has RJ45 connectors on both ends. (It is not provided with the device).
2. Take one end of the Ethernet cable and insert it into the LAN port on your device. You will hear a 'click' sound once it is securely connected.
3. Insert the other end of the Ethernet cable into an available LAN port on your router or switch. Again, you will hear a 'click' sound once it is securely connected.
