No network connection list

• You can not connect to the internet because your Wi-Fi doesn't show up on your device.
  
  What can you do?
  1. Press the power button once and then Restart.
• If that doesn't work, move the device closer to the router/access point.

Phase 2: (If the above did not work)

For devices with LAN ports:

1. Get an Ethernet cable that has RJ45 connectors on both ends. (It is not provided with the device).

2. Take one end of the Ethernet cable and insert it into the LAN port on your device. You will hear a 'click' sound once it is securely connected.

3. Insert the other end of the Ethernet cable into an available LAN port on your router or switch. Again, you will hear a 'click' sound once it is securely connected.
