- Right before a scan, no image is displayed - the footage is black.
What can you do?
1. Return to the previous screen and start over.
- If that doesn’t work, Navigate to Settings > Troubleshoot and press Soft Reset/Restart App and Cameras.
- If that doesn’t work, press the power button once and then Restart.
