      • Pressing the power button generates no response.

        What can you do?
        1. Ensure the white indicator light next to the power button is on.
        • If it is on, contact the HTVet Support team.
        • If not, check if the green light on the power supply box is on and proceed to step 2.


          2. Ensure that the power cord is connected correctly to the wall socket and the power supply box and that the power supply box is connected correctly to the console. 
        • If it doesn't work, check your wall socket. Plug in another electronic device and check if it works.


          3. Try to plug the device into another socket.
        • If it doesn't work, contact the HTVet Support team.
