- During the final setup stage, a message appears indicating that connectivity issues were detected in the initial setup.
What can you do?
- Ensure the device is connected to WIFI (see the
icon in the top right corner).
- If it is not connected to WiFi, use this link to troubleshoot and proceed to step 2.
2. Ensure that the scanner cable is properly connected to the device. Use this link for more information.
3. Press the Patients button at the bottom right corner, then access Setup patient's card and proceed with the scan.
- If the results are not provided in 5 minutes, contact the HTVet Support team.
